After Torpedo Zone receives your order, it will be drop shipped from our parent company, Bomber, Inc.™, Santa Ana, California, within 48 hours.
Free shipping for all orders placed with Torpedo Zone within the USA.
For international orders, please contact Torpedo Zone for oversees shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
Return and Replacement of Damaged / Defective Merchandise
You are entitled to a full replacement with no additional charge for shipping and handling costs. Product(s) may be returned and will be replaced, if you received damaged merchandise, within 15 days of shipping date. Upon receipt, we will ship you a replacement of the damaged / defective merchandise of equal or lesser value if the following conditions are met:
- We would appreciate you returning the purchase as it was received.
- Please repack in the original packing container before returning to us.
- Be sure to include a copy of the receipt / packing list before sealing the container.
- We advise that merchandise be sent back to Bomber, Inc.™ in such a way that the package can be tracked (such as the Postal Service with "Delivery Confirmation," or another carrier, such as UPS).
- We are not responsible for returned merchandise until receipt.
- If there is any question that the merchandise was not damaged en route to you or does not have a manufacturer's defect, shipping is not refundable nor are we responsible for shipping you a replacement.
Note: We do not charge a restocking fee for return of damaged products.
Return of Undamaged / Non-defective Merchandise
Undamaged / non-defective product(s) may be returned, if you decide you do not want such product(s), within 15 days of receipt. Upon receipt, we will replace the product with a product of your choice of equal or lesser value.
- Product(s) must be returned unopened (in their original packaging condition) in perfect working order. For example, if the product was shrink-wrapped, the shrink wrap must be intact.
- Be sure to include a copy of the receipt / packing slip before sealing the container.
- We advise that merchandise be sent back to us in such a way that the package can be tracked (such as Postal Service with "Delivery Confirmation," or another carrier, such as UPS).
- We are not responsible for returned merchandise until receipt.
Replacements and Shipping Charges for Returned Undamaged Merchandise
- Shipping charges that you paid when purchasing the product(s) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for shipping charges when returning undamaged merchandise to Bomber, Inc.™ for replacement.
- We will send you the replacement product(s) of equal or lesser value minus shipping charge and restocking fee after we receive the merchandise and verify the above.
Note: We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for return of undamaged products.
